Great Lakes Brew Fest Craft Beer Festival 2017
Folks in the Racine area should check out the Great Lakes Brew Fest craft beer festival coming up on Saturday September 16th at the Racine Zoological Gardens. As a sponsor for this event, benefitting the Kilties Drum & Bugle Corps, Palmen of Racine encourages everyone over the age of 21 to check out this event!

About Great Lakes Brew Fest
Brewfest is a festival held annually the second or third week of September that features unlimited sampling of over 450 craft beers, ciders and hard sodas from almost 100 brewers. The location right on the shore of Lake Michigan and live music make this a must-see event. All attendees get a souvenir tasting glass with their admission fee, and food from local restaurants will be available to purchase as well.
The event takes place on Saturday September 16th and general admission is from 3:00 – 6:30pm. VIP ticket holders can enter starting at 2:00pm. The cost for a general admission ticket is $50, with VIP tickets costing $89. Designated drivers can get a discounted rate of $18 general admission or $29 VIP, but they still need to be ages 21+.
Many transportation options are available for attendees, including shuttle options to Goerke’s Corners Park ‘n Ride, Milwaukee East Side and Bayview, Kenosha, Delta Hotel and Monument Square. Shuttles are also available to and from locations in northeast Illinois. The cost for these shuttles varies, but you can visit the event website here for more transportation information.
