In the video, we see how the dedicated team of designers and craftspeople are able to work toward the singular goal of creating something truly remarkable in the auto world, and how they were able to improve on an already-iconic supercar to make it even more impressive and powerful than ever before. Some of the ways the 2015 Dodge Viper has been improved over the outgoing 4th generation model include:

Improved chassis: Now both 50% more rigid and 100 lbs lighter

More horsepower: Thanks in part to an intake manifold that improves air distribution and a completely reimagined camshaft, horsepower is better than ever. The 2015 Viper is estimated at 645 horsepower and 600 pound-feet of torque.

Inspired interior: With over 90% of the entire interior hand wrapped in premium leather, and seats that were inspired by Italian style, the look and feel is completely luxurious despite the Viper being first and foremost a car built for speed. Intuitive ergonomics and refined handling and road-feel make your experience behind the wheel just as it should be — thrilling, but utterly comfortable.
