The Chrysler 300 offers drivers a high level of style and luxury to go with its performance. It now includes the most comprehensive safety package available in its class.
The 300 is still recognizable with its big grille and strong shoulders. The lower grille houses the sensor unit for the advanced active safety features in a perfect low position. Moving rearward, the front wheel arches become more prominent, even bolder than ever. Of course, the folks at Chrysler did not touch its best parts – the side profile and roofline. Heading to the back, the taillights are different, as is the rear deck. It is flusher and more elegant than ever before. Overall, the 300 offers an athletic, muscular and luxurious look.
Chrysler also refined the interior. They added a new information screen in-between the speedometer and tachometer that is customizable to the information you need in front of the driver. The UConnect touch screen measures at 8.4-inches for a larger color readout and easy access to touch screen functions. Plus, drivers can live hands-free with the accessible phone and audio system switched on the steering wheel. To start the car, all the driver needs to do is simply push the button. There is also the option of starting the car remotely from the Keyless Enter-N-Go fob.
The 300 offers two engines. Our 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 has 292 horsepower with 260 lb-ft of torque. The 300 S adds eight more horsepower to the Pentastar V6. And true to its roots, when other automakers are going away from traditional V8 power, the 300 is still available with the legendary 5.7-liter HEMI V8! Power is abundant with 363 horsepower and 394 lb-ft of torque. Putting the power to the ground is the refined TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic sending power to the rear wheels or through the all-wheel-drive system.
This year, the Chrysler 300 is upgraded with a suite of top-line safety features. These features include a Full Forward Collision Warning-Plus with brake assist, blind spot monitoring, Adaptive Cruise Control-Plus with Full Stop, lane departure warning and assist. The 300 is also equipped with a ParkView Rear Backup camera enclosed in the 8.4-inch UConnect Touch screen – the largest rear view screen in the business. The 300 has 80 safety and security features for the ultimate peace of mind.
The Chrysler 300 starts with the Touring model, with an upgrade of leather seating in the Touring L model. The next step up is the sporty 300 S model, with its own look and style. There is also the 300 Limited – an example of pure luxury for the price. Topping it all off is the 300 C – our ultimate luxury sedan.
Pricing for the Chrysler 300 starts at $29,200.
