Even though there are plenty of people who, throughout the course of their driving career, will end up changing makes once, twice, or even multiple times, some brands — even some particular models — just have that appeal that keeps people coming back for more. You probably know people who are on their second or third of the vehicle they’ve been driving for years — it’s not all that uncommon. Recently a research firm called IHS did a 12-month study where they looked at which brands and models had the most customer loyalty, and wouldn’t you know it — four of our models here at Palmen Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Racine made the cut!
