The new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee
There’s a lot going on with Jeep right now. We say this because we’re a Jeep dealer in Racine – and we have the inside line on the happenings at the company. One of the biggest recent developments is the premier of the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee at the Geneva Motor Show. It was obvious pretty early that the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee would bring some new flair to the segment. And given the high foot traffic the vehicle received, along with the entire Jeep display, it’s pretty obvious that Jeep is doing some things right.
One of the biggest new features on the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee is the eight-speed transmission that is mated to the impressive powerplant. Having eight speeds will greatly improve the fuel efficiency of the vehicle and allow the Grand Cherokee to provide a very comfortable ride. The eight-speed transmission seems to be the new thing from the Chrysler group, as the 2013 Ram 1500 was the first to try out this new technology. The increased fuel mileage and improved ride were obvious on the Ram – so we’re sure it will be welcomed on the Jeep as well.

Consumers will be impressed with what they find inside the new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee as well. The SUV will have an 8.4-inch touchscreen Uconnect system as well as a configurable display cluster. These two features will give the Jeep an updated interior and obviously improve the user experience greatly.
While there are some things to look forward to, the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Racine is still a star in the Palmen lineup.
